D-Day has officially started!
Today the Supreme Court of India has officially engaged into the case which might just decide the future of Cryptocurrencies and where it is headed.
Now honestly speaking I am not very hyped about this as there is a chance that Supreme Court may side with the Reserve Bank of India and that would be very bad for us Cryptocurrency Holders in India.
Although I can say this for sure that even if RBI doesn't provide us a FIAT gateway there would be no stopping Cryptocurrency, we will find other ways to make things work. Look at what China has accomplished after their abrupt Ban on Cryptocurrencies, there are still a lot of Cryptocurrencies moving around China and the government aren't able to stop them.
I really wish that we can exchange Cryptocurrencies openly instead of taking some alternative routes.

Yes the case started and was very swiftly given a next date.
yes hopefully the Indian court legalized the exchange of cryptocurrency openly. I am sure that in the future cryptocurrency will be an important part of this part of the world.
RBI is still basing their claims that there is no security for investors in Cryptocurrencies. But I really want to ask them that if a Mutual Fund goes to zero do they give the investors their money back.
It will take times as RBI and many other communities are getting involved in it.. So day by day it is going to be very sensitive .. as it will result that if today hearing happens verdict will not be published today ...
it will take another few weeks months might take for final steps and verdicts.....
I am very scared as to which direction the results are going to come out. It is really bad for my heart.
