Hi, have you heard of Bambangan Jeruk ? It's the local food in our country especially Sabah the land below the wind. The Bambangan is a fruits and dredged with the fruit seed itself. With add some salt and leave it for few days, the Bambangan jeruk is ready to be eat. No need to cook, we can eat just like that.
The bambangan fruit also known as Mangifera pajang. And you only can see it in Borneo..
