The Healthier Alternative
It isn't a lot it's just Apples and Pomegranate but I usually have lunch within 4-5 hours of having Breakfast so I feel I can go on with a light breakfast.
On another hand, my Doctor did say that I was a little low on Vitamins so he suggested me to have some MultiVitamin Tablets but since Fruits also do the Job this will be a win-win situation for me.
