Sometimes one wonders if screaming/singing about negative issues like pain, anger, depression, frustration on a regular basis makes a psychological impact. I definitely think even "playing" a negative role, think Heath Ledger as The Joker, can really mess you up. That said, the opposite is also true - being positive and happy, even if you have to fake it, will lead to good moods, sunshine, butterflies and rainbows :D
