SP is your steam power which creates and Earn Steem, the more Steem Power you have the more you Earn in USD To increase and ern Steem Power you need to Produce Quality content, eganging with other Steemian, commenting and Voting.

Commenting

Comment will get you paid as well and It’ll also increase your Steem power but be productive and comment in a decent and professional way, give your opinion or appreciate author content an contribute to the community.

Voting

Voting is another way of getting pad on Steemit for this you should have strong Steem Power and Reputation, for the time being just try to learn different strategies for your content and how can you use Steemit in a professional way.

USE Images

Images will break the text up and it’ll make your post and content more attractive and professional. 
Initially it can be difficult if you’re not used to forum platform but you may use http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload to upload your Image to an online hosting and get the Image URL from the website an copy and paste Image URL to your post.
Please use google Filter too “Labeled for reuse with modification” if you get images from internet.

STAY ACTIVE

Try to stay active and consistent if you want to increase your Steem Power.
Follow seniors, experts and successful Steemian, try learn from their experience, comment quality content, Reesteem interesting and quality posts.

Self Belief

Believe on your self, be confident and believe on your skills and abilities. A person who has high confidence levels may learn things quickly and will earn as well.
Trust me anyone who is passionate about delivering something to the community can make an impact on Steemit and can be successful on Steemit.

Have Patience

Them most important thing to be successful in any area of life is Patience and on Steemit you've to be patient to get success on Steemit, when I talk about Success, success isn't all about Numbers. having good relations, good followers and learning great thing is also success.
so, keep learning and have patience if you don't get more votes, comments, followers or money. One day your all efforts, learning and experience on Steemit will get paid and you'll be a successful Steemian.
