Question on distribution.
Can Voting permission be separated from posting permission? Could it be somehow delegated conditionally to others you trust (or reputable users)? Whales should be able to delegate their voting power, and the rest of the users should be able to do that too.

this is is very true somehow.
The concepts of delegated votings are very nice and highly useful for the future.
I can see something like "delegated voting" on steemit happening but although it seems to be very easy to set it up i am not sure how easy it is to implement it safely and predictable.
Even if we cant anticipate the impacts. i would love to see something like this beeing implementet.
