this reminds me of this quote "Know Your Game", you don't just go in to the game and play it the way you want it, you must KNOW it first, LEARN it then PLAY it. And KNOWING involves studying its past, how it started, what are its milestones and what are the mistakes done, by doing so we will have a DEEP UNDERSTANDING and APPRECIATION to who is STEEMIT now.

I couldn't agree more with you. Knowing the history of steemit is fundamental to its growth. When people become aware of where they are coming from, then the journey becomes more interesting because every one would want to leave their own indelible mark on the sands of history. What it portends is an undaunted spirit in the face of challenges.
@edith4angelseu, and we, newbies needs to learn from what happened in the past before we entered and to keep on moving forward no matter what it takes.

I totally agree with you. Indeed no one can ever know his direction without recognizing the history.
