@surpassinggoogle, In my opinion collaboration is most effective process because through Collaboration one's work can move into the Sphere of others and in this way people can get more Recognition and their work will going to get more Exposure.
And in my opinion you have started an "Sub-Tag Revolution and i believe that these type of Initiatives will going to develop communities more and more because, it's directly boosting the Engagement Aspects.
