IM BACK...for the third or forth time

Bitcoin is making huge noise around the globe again. I got into bitcoin years ago and since then have always held but i came and go from the communities.

I have decided to start blogging my fitness journey again. Not because i think you will all be interested, great if you are but I am going to do it more for myself as a journal i can look back on in years to come.

So first things first is give you a hint on what tomorrows blog is going to be about.
