This is the frustrating thing with Steem and why it struggles to grow long term users - to many people attached to the price. The pirce of Steem SHOULD NOT affect your posting stratgey. If anything, as you said you should be more active, as it is the Steem you are earning which has the potential to increase in value again.
WIll be interesting to see when the price rises again the activity will probably go up and then people will be moaning about how hard it is to earn Steem
Ya sheeps come in when they see people are making huge money here,but mass adoption of Steem is still needs a lot of time.
