Consistency is really very important on steemit
I am trying consistently to get good upvotes by providing best quality content on steemit but all the posts are going fatuous without any exceptional rewards it seems all my work extincts on steemit.
There are many hurdles on the way but I use to remember ,"When everything seems to be going against you then remember that airplane takes off against the wind ,not with it."

We need to be persistent in order to get support from other users. Many of the steemians just vote the one's who have taken support of bots to get good votes but there are many smart people who look for best quality content and give upvotes. Whales give support to those who support themselves.
Yup, for any content creator looking to build an audience, consistency is super important!
