For those who don't know, STEEMER.NET project is an ongoing, work-in-progress project for STEEM blockchain, based on .NET technology, started on January 2018, powered by ADSactly Society. Every day, i'm excited even more, working on this project, specially now, after almost one month developing it, so i decided to post once a week minimum my work progress on this project here on Steemit.com !

STEEMER.NET bidding BOT explained
So, as i already mentioned in last post, STEEMER.NET Bidding BOT for Windows is first windows bidding bot for STEEM blockchain and build-in STEEMER.NET application ever !
Right now, there are no STEEM windows bidding bots out there, and STEEM users with great Linux knowledge only, are able to install and run such Linux based bidding BOT's. So, what is with STEEM users, without Linux knowledge?
There was need to make simple but powerful BOT for masses – for people with no Linux knowledge and people accessing STEEM every day from windows desktop, laptop or tablet PC.
Based and built on latest .NET technology with DevExpress components, it offers unique user experience and features like fully user interface customization, style selector, two BOT upvote modes, real time transfers statistics, ability to save round data, current round reward distribution visualization, custom history search and more.
So, let's get's familliar with STEEMER.NET windows bidding BOT user interface.
From left to right, we can se „BOT settings“ option where we do initial BOT setup. Then we have options to start, stop bot, save and clear round data. There are also option to pull manually transfers history and load BOT statistics page. Also you have option to read quick user manual „How tu use BOT“ and general BOT informations. At the end, you can change STEEMER.NET applications style (light, dark, office theme styles and more).
In screen of STEEMER.NET we have section where we can see all history search transfers or current round transfers with following dana: From (bidder), To(BOT), Amount(SBD or STEEM), Type, Memo and Percent of upvote each bidder will get at the end of current round.
Then we have two sections, left with Current round informations, BOT informations (last time voted, upvote power), and selected post details. On the right side, we have chart with current round reward distribution, where you can see percent of upvote each bidder will after each round get. You can also resize each section (also with chart) as you wish, to fit your needs.
How to setup and run bot
First things first, you need to do initial BOT setup. Click on „Bot settings“ from menu to do initial BOT setup:
In this section, you should specify how windows bidding BOT should work. First you need to select BOT type. Either normal BOT, either SUPER bot. Normal BOT mode will upvote all posts in current round with valid URL every time when upvote power excedes 100% (every 2.4hrs). SUPER BOT mode will upvote post with valid URL once transfer is recieved if BOT has 90% upvote power or more. You can also specify if you wish that bot makes comment after each round. There are built in BOT text, but you can change that and type your own text. You need to specify bidding amount. Minimum is 0.100 SBD.
You can also specify for BOT to allow to upvote older posts. There is option to refund invalid bids after each round (if wrong post URL or if user sent less then minimum SBD for BID, final version). There is also built in option that will send 10% of round profit to BOT author, to fund STEEMER projects. Make shure you fill-in your username and other private keys, for BOT to be able to function normally. After all that click „Save and Close“ button. You will be able to re-set this settings only when BOT is not running.
Then, just press „Start BOT“ from toolbar and you are officially running bidding BOT. You can make simple post with STEEMER Quick post creator and let everybody know, that you are running BOT and are ready to accept bids.
You are now officially running windows bidding BOT for STEEM, accepting BID's and making money! To increase your earnings make BOT statistics post per day and promote BOT. To stop BOT, press „Stop BOT“ option. And that's it !

Right now, i'm in process of testing BOT functionality on @steemerap account. Once BOT funcionality is fully tested and verified, STEEMER.NET apps and BOT's, will be available to download and use. Right now, about 60% of work is done, project is in BETA development phase and this version is not available in public. I will announce here once public version is available !
Most important to say is, there will be two more releases until final version – BETA and pre-RELEASE. Final, public release is expected to be released in late April and include this features to:

STEEMER.NET will also include it's own reward system,
which will reward STEEM users to use STEEMER.NET on regular
basis (write posts, make comments, be active..) with rewards.
After that, user will be able to exchange it for various stuff.
