I enjoy reading the reports from the various language managers, and liked having this overview of the entire category and its recruitment stages.

Since I know you appreciate language corrections in your efforts to continue to improve as a writer, here are a couple of issues I had with the post:

In this article, I will give an update report on the recent 3rd recruitment that took place at the end of August and the decisions made in forming these new teams in September.

I couple of issues here. First, you need either "update" or "report," but not both. Also, there should be a comma before "and."

This post gives a detail explanation of the format that is required in their applications.

"Detailed," not detail.

During these recruitment time

"these" is plural, so "time" can't be singular. I'd actually use "these recruitment periods."
