Market Snapshot - September 15th 2018
Top 10 Cryptos
At the moment of writing, top 10 crypto assets were slightly correcting down after yesterday's growth, and 8 of them were in red and 2 in green.
Bitcoin is trying to maintain the price above $6,500 (and it seems to be working), ETH is back above $200 and Monero shows the biggest appreciation of all top 10 assets, almost 5%.
STEEM And SBD
At the moment of writing, STEEM was trading, on average, at $0.71 on Coinmarketcap, slightly down from yesterday.
On the hourly chart, STEEM shows another attempt to break out above 11.5k satoshis, again, unsuccessful. It trades now just a tad under 11k satoshis
The daily chart looks stable for the last 4 consecutive days
SBD was trading, at the moment of writing, at $0.96, slightly down from yesterday and still at the peg.
On the hourly chart, SBD is stable at around 14.5-15k satoshis
The daily chart is stable just below 15k satoshis
SBD to STEEM Ratio
At the moment of writing, according to steem.supply you could get 1.350 STEEM for 1 SBD, up from yesterday, and above parity. Since SBD printing rate is 0%, rewards are paid now in STEEM / Steem Power.
Overall opinion: A small correction ahead of the weekend, on small volume. STEEM is stabilizing and SBD is maintaining the peg. My overall outlook is neutral to bullish short term and bullish long term.

As the weekend started, the markets started correcting.
Bitcoin exceeded the $6500 level but was unable to keep moving upwards and a big bear candle left the price $150 down. The market has been trading inside a triangle since then with decreasing volume and a
breakout could happen in any direction although I feel uptrend will resume.
EOS triangle started two days ago when a strong uptrend unfolded. The market has been up and down inside the triangle since around the $5,2 level with volume declining. We might see a breakout during the day.
STEEM triangle also started two days ago, the volume is again very low and the market is trading just over the 50 and 100 MA lines. If the market breaks in the upper side, we might find a resistance at the 200MA line.
I think we will see the market in those levels for some time now
I think the setup is being built for the bull run here. Let us hope for good.
The only good thing is that SBD is maintaining the peg...
however steem is too dependable for daily trade for a small investor
The way steem still follows the price of bitcoin religiously is kind of unnerving. Lets hope HF and SMTs changes that
steem not finding the bottom still but bitcoin showing growth today
