Thank you for your efforts. I tried something similar a little bit ago, but had literally no response. I was only promising to delegate 20+ SP to everyone chosen though, to simply help dust. I figured I would delegate as much as 100 SP to people that seemed like they were really promising users. With the RC system, such delegation efforts are needed in my opinion, to give new accounts that show promise a leg up. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one that knew any tiny minnows or dust account worthy of delegation saw my post.

I occasionally delegate small amounts to minnows regardless, to help them have a chance. The Steemit delegation simply isn't enough for them to really have a chance at interacting like a normal user.
