It is a Romanian ad about Tyres and it shows on the steemit website between articles

i am quite busy so i haven't had the time to check on steemit and most of my social media stuff lately
but this amazingly good for steem as the price should make an upward move in my opinion
i'll have to check out the info about it anyway
