It’s been a long time since I have encountered any issues like this. Maybe a broadcast error here and there, but not for continuous 2 hrs. I would simply try something like an upvote, it wouldn’t work so I would wait 10-15 min then try to comment and so on. I wonder it if was some sort of attack from competitors 😜
busy.org is the site to use when Steemit is acting funny or is under DDOS attacks. At least so far it has proven to be the most reliable back up to access the blockchain.
I figured I couldn't be the only one having all the problems this morning. Lately, it's been one thing at a time, but right now it's everything. So, not sure what that's supposed to mean. Are we under attack again or are they doing something under the hood? At some point we'll find out, but it would be nice to know now how quickly they might think everything will be back to normal. Too bad we don't have a STEEMwide alert system.
Yeah, they've been working on things for quite a while, though, while at the same time fighting off different attacks and hacks, etc. Steemit seems to be working better now. Maybe we'll know what it was in a day or two. That always seems to be the case as information trickles out.
just had the same problem. i see it as a good sign that more and more people use steem. and therefore the sytem is overloaded
