Personally I've never heard of this, but frankly I am not surprised. If you have to buy votes you're not getting it. Look around you, where you live, what you do, what makes you smile, take photos and upload them with your own comments. Then look through as many posts as you can that interest you, and comment on those posts, then upvote them. In time, if your posts and curating are worthy, they will get replies, comments and upvotes. Then you'll start earning something. I have proved it works.
