Suggestion on Steemit Upvote System

People should be able to upvote only after opening the post.

This will solve many problems. Please let me know your opinion and resteem if you agree.

      I guess only around 20% of the people are actually reading the posts...

        That's true. I Think percentage is even lower than 20%.
