MY SPECIAL AND FAVOURITE HOMECOOK DISH - GUESS WHAT DISH AM I COOKING ???

Hi Steemians !!! How are you guys ? It has been a long time I haven't step onto this platform. Today I am back to this platform again. Seeing that it is a Covid 19 pandemic season so is better to carry out your homecooking. If not necessary don't expose to much to eating at restaurant because you can't see the invisible predator virus which is still active out there. This season of pandemic is the best opportunity to sharpen your cooking skill.

Alright right now I am going to share with you My Special and Favourite Homecook Dish. First let me share with you the ingredients for my special dish.

INGREDIENT A
10 DRIED CHILLIES
2 INCHES OF GALANGAL
4 GLOVES OF GARLIC
5 SMALL ONIONS
1/2 TSP OF JINTAN MANIS
1/2 TSP OF JINTAN PUTIH
3 STALK OF LEMONGRASS
2 INCHES OF FRESH TUMERIC

INGREDIENTS B
2 TBSP OF ASAM JAWA JUICE
1 STICK OF CINNAMON
2 STAR ANISE
1 SMALL BOX OF AYAM BRAND COCONUT MILK
5 - 6 SLICES OF LEMONGRASS
1 SMALL PACKET OF COCONUT " KERISIK "
1 WHOLE VILLAGE CHICKEN
2 TBSP OF SWEET SOYA SAUCE
2 TBSP OF LIGHT SOYA SAUCE
1 TBSP OF THICK SOYA SAUCE
2 TBSP OF PALM SUGAR
1 TSP OF SALT TO TASTE

METHODS OF COOKING

Put all the ingredients A into the blender and blend it until fine.
Heat up the pot.
Pour oil into the heated pot.
Saute the blended ingredients.
Put the cinnamon, lemongrass and star anise.
Put the 1 whole chicken meat together with chicken gizzards and liver. Saute it for 5-8 mins.
Add sweet soya sauce, light soya sauce, thick soya sauce, palm sugar and salt.
Put the second layer of coconut milk
Cover the pot and leave it to simmer on low heat.
Lastly add in the first layer of coconut milk.
