My introduction post!
Hello Steem!
I am Lepo and this is my introduction post.
I found out about Steem and Steemit from a friend of mine who recommended I should sign up and so I did. So far it's been really nice to just check out other posts and look through a few profiles. I already found a bunch of posts and users that caught my interest.
A little about me:
I am a young guy from Europe that is fairly new to crypto but quickly learning day by day. I have already invested some small amounts of extra money that I've had into a few different projects and I am trying to follow and learn more about the crypto market as it goes.
I really loved the idea of Steemit as soon as my friend explained it to me, I immediately wanted to give it a try so here I am. I will probably only be posting about the things I know for now which include gaming, movies and other thing I find to be interesting like technology and science. This is my first time writing a "blog" but I am super excited to get started and see where it takes me.
I am going to spend my day today just looking through Steem and Steemit and trying to learn the basics to start with. I will also look up a few interesting accounts to follow.
I wanted to include an image in this post just to make it a bit nicer. This image is kind of how I feel right now being new in the crypto world and seeing all these different projects and coins. It's a bit overwhelming but I think it will be great to look through most of it and learn what I can.
I have been very interested in crypto and heard my friends talk a lot about it but never really got into it until now since I never had any extra money to invest. Lately however I was able to invest a little bit and it has got me very excited.
This is my first post here and I hope someone out there enjoys it. I will be writing as much as I can these first couple of days and I am truly excited to be on Steem!

Did you create that image? If so, well done. if not, you might consider leaving a comment with credit for the photographer. Sometimes, certain accounts will flag you, for not giving credit, as this is a photographer heavy site, credit is important. it helps against being labeled someone who plagiarizes. and trust me, you do not want to end up on their lists, it will takes months for your reputation to climb back.
Oh ok thanks for the heads up! The photo is from pixabay so I figured no credits were due but I guess I am wrong. I'll link to it in the post.
legally, Pixabay and Pexels bot do not require it, but, it's always morally best to give credit.
And on steemit, a few accounts use robots to check for Credit sourcing and for images improperly used.
At least two also do the same for text, too.
Better safe than sorry, right?
Oh ok, yeah I noticed it said on their site that no attribution required but I agree, better safe than sorry.

Usually I play first person shooters like CS:GO and a bit of battle royale games. How about you?
Well, I'm a collector. My game library spans everything from the NES all the way up to PS4/Xbone. And yes, I do have both. I stream on @vimm, mainly retro titles, but occasionally newer stuff. I'll be streaming Sonic Spinball tonight, and I'll be streaming The Division 2 pretty soon, too. But yeah, I do a lot of shooters, RPGs, and I have a special place in my heart for bullet hell and light gun games.

That's awesome. I used to have a collection but unfortunately had to sell most of it. I had no idea something like Vimm existed so thanks for letting me know. That's awesome. I'll try and swing by your stream at some point then.
The more people know about it, the better! It's a great way to make awesome content and get rewarded for it here.
Also, I don't know how your interacting with the Steem blockchain, but if you're on mobile, you've probably noticed it's a bit clunky. Thankfully, there are several front end apps and sites you can use. This Partiko that I'm paying from now is really handy for mobile, and they're trying to get more people to use it. Yeah I actually downloaded the app right away and signed in. My buddy recommended it when he first told me about Steem. It really is a good and easy to use app. Sorry I couldn't use your ref link though..

Hmm no I don't think I know this game actually. Is it any good?
It's Battle Royale Tetris. It's awesome. I just landed a PB 4th place on Sunday!
