A filter or separate tab for resteems would make this a great idea. Then, anyone who isn't into seeing your resteems can simply filter them out without having to unfollow you.
Unfortunately, one of the main reasons I unfollow people is due to too much resteeming, or resteeming those "pay me and I'll resteem your post" spam posts.
Couldn't agree more on the spam posts. Separate tab for resteems was something that I had as one of the line items for my next post.
Now that we have the hide resteems option, I think it is time to implement this strategy :)
