Presenting EOSTARS, potential block producer candidate from Indonesia

Greetings Steemit and EOS community!
We are EOSTARS, and we would like to appeal for your votes of becoming a block producer for the upcoming EOS Mainnet launch. We hope we can facilitate this historic process and contribute to the EOS community! Our team consist of small business owners, software engineers and crypto miners based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We believe that our business can only grow if the community grows with us.

Why Indonesia?
Indonesia have an average GDP of 3,500 USD with population of over 260 million, making it the 4th most populated country in the world and the biggest islamic country in the world. The minimum wage in the Capital which is Jakarta is about 300 USD/month, with plenty of businesses paying below that figure. Education is especially lacking in rural areas. Child labor is common to be found, to be used as a beggar or selling goods like tissue, bottled water on the streets. Islamic radicals are common due to low education, spreading hate towards other religions. Usually when we first come into a new community that we want to help, we faced strong scepticism and resistance, saying that we have ulterior motives and may want to "christianize" them. On the contrary, we help build mosques, schools, and the community that we help in the end never want us to leave, not that we will anyway as long as we can still have positive impact on them. We help regardless of race or religion, encouraging them to be a useful contributor in their community.

Our Vision
Our core principles in business is making profit while giving back to the community. We will allocate a budget as a venture capitalist to invest on dApp developers in building apps on the EOS platform, for our CSR program and EOSTARS community. Our CSR Program will include the foster child program, cryptocurrency awareness programs for the community, emphasizing on the principles "Bank the Unbanked" population. We truly believe that doing business this way will align everyone's interest in a positive way.

CSR Program
Right now as it stands we have around 200 foster children that we help monthly in education and food. We believe in consistent nurturing, instead of once-a-year CSR programs. We check their report cards, health and living conditions every month. We have new families coming everyday wanting their children to be our foster child, but we can only accept so many due to our limited budget. Our foster children still lives with their parents or guardians, our program help so that the children can go to school with full belly and not worry about their healthcare, school fees, schoolbooks, pencils and schoolbags. Out of the 200 children, we currently have 3 children enrolled in college education, each striving to be a politician, lawyer and teacher. We always encourage the children to go back and help out their own community after they become successful. This way even with a limited budget, we can reach to help much more people. Our foster child are mostly located in West Java, Sukabumi, which is a poor rural areas with fertile lands for rice and tea leaf farmers.

Investing in dApp developers for EOS Platform
We will organize events and meetups to introduce the EOS Platform to various communities. Most Indonesians have smart phones, but not bank accounts. This is a very good opportunity for the EOS token to come in and lead them straight to mobile banking, with no fees to maintain or send value. With strong links for various universities and start up communities, we will push the EOS platform to create opportunities for new developers to come in and innovate.

Our servers will be built to fit whatever the EOS Platform demands, with multiple redundancy locations. We currently have around 200 GPU miner and 10 ASIC miners. We believe that the proof of work system will eventually become obsolete, and move towards proof of stake systems that are more efficient.

We will not be distributing block rewards to our voters, as we are committed that the rewards should be used to sustain EOSTARS, and we should only be voted if the community feel that we deserve it, not because of paid voting.We strive to build the overall EOS community and help the less fortunate.
