hello, i'm here again with my new job and the building that I was constructed in Tehran, iran.

Fereshteh Palace Residential Complex was built on a land of 10400 square meters and occupied an area of nearly 3000 square meters. It was constructed by Shayegan Company in the form of three inter-connected towers. It consists of 16 floors and 114 residential units. There are eight apartment units on the ground floor, 100 apartment units on ten typical floors, and six penthouses on floor 11. Fereshteh Palace Residential Complex is located on Fereshteh Street, Elahiyeh District, with a spectacular view and modern architecture under the latest state-of-the-art standards. This gives the entire residential complex a luxury image and two entrances from the major avenues of Fereshteh and Aghabozorgi, enjoying easy access to Valiasr and Shariati Streets as well as Modarres Highway.

7400 square meters open area including, garden, garden alley, walking pathway, children’s playground, tennis hardcourt. In addition the common building area includes: swimming pool dry and wet saunas, Jacuzzi, children’s swimming pool, pilot area with ping-pong tables and open resting area, gym, squash saloon, gathering hall and magnificent 700 square meters lobby fully equipped.

In light of novel methods of saving energy and water, Fereshteh Palace Residential Complex is a green and eco-friendly construction. The complex uses solar energy to supply a part of the electrical lighting demand to the common areas. Another shining example is that home automation systems are employed in the apartent units to avoid energy loss, and raw water is utilized in cooling towers and toilet flash tanks. In addition, strong pressure-reducing faucet to save water, variable-speed booster pumps and electromotor invertors and drives are employed.
