NEW Terms of Service...IS DECENTRALIZED OWNERSHIP OF STEEM, SBD, SP over?
Hey guys
Most of you should have noticed by now that steemit Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy have been updated...and users have been forced to accept these to continue to use the site....and I like to believe unintentionally without been able to read them easily because of some bug in the pop-up window implementation.

That screens will appear few seconds after opening/refreshing any steemit page and wont go away until you accept the new terms, blocking you from doing anything else on the site.
For those who haven't been able to read the TOS here is an screenshot I could take with Firefox's function, which takes the entire page instead of only the visible on screen.
The main question I have now...
Are the SBD, STEEM, SP mine or not?
Because if this TOS means someone else can block my access to those, then STEEMIT is no longer descentralized and free...
???
Can anyone clear this to me?

These are some key points.
It’s always important to remember, Steemit is not Steem. It is only one small part of it.
Steemit has already been doing many things any normal website must do, like honoring DMCA takedown requests, and even blocking access to accounts that are known to violate the ToS. However that is only on the Steemit level. It does nothing to the blockchain, and Steemit has no control of your wallet. These terms are for use of the website as a service to access the blockchain, but not for the blockchain itself.
Steemit has never been decentralized. Steem has.

i guess what it means is that they will provide a way to use your key and account name to transfer it out. This is inspite of the fact that you may not have access to the account. but the words must be made explicit and if possible the procedure should be outlined
