Steemit is a great community with lots of interesting members....but I've come to notice that most times newbies are often ignored no matter how interesting or informative their posts are and believe me......that is really frustrating.

Then they(newbies) start wondering what they could be doing wrong......whether to quit and lots of things. It is only right for you to appreciate a beautiful post when you see one.....your comments and upvotes matters a lot. You might not know whom you're encouraging.

Encourage newbies...they need love too.

    So true dear.I really agree with you.If not for the love shown me by upvotes and comments by heros and heroines like @surpassinggoogle,@swissclive,@chrisdsteemsport,@soulbella,@rouer66 and so many others ,i was considering quitting because it was really horrible at the beginning,no upvotes,no comments in a post that took your whole day,hours of hardwork and analyses,it was not really hard.
    This post is short but really powerful.
