One SteemMonster Card sold For Over 100 Steem Last Night!!!!
The market is alive and well!!!!
Less than 2 weeks after it's inception someone has already made 100 Steem on one card. The Selenia Sky Legendary card is rapidly becoming the favorite amongst collectors. Possibly because it's the only Legendary Summoner in the entire deck.
Right now we don't know exactly what these cards will be worth once games start. I'm guessing that the cards will hold some value but only time will tell. Of course the card sold for 100 Steem wasn't just a regular card. It was maxed out to it's highest level. It takes a combination of 8 Legendary cards to level up completely.
Was it a good deal?
I guess for right now we can say yeah. But in three months that same card could go for 200 or 500 Steem. For all we know it could rank and be worth only 1 Steem. That's what makes this games so interesting and addicting.
I read in the discord that pulling Legendary cards officially go harder because they lowered the drop rate. This will make it harder to get legendaries and potentially raise the value. Of course this is just pure speculation and we must remember that this is a game intended to entertain you. You might make some money but it's not guaranteed. I will guarantee that you will love the rush of opening cards.
Since SteemMonsters came out I have post a lot about it so you already know this game is addicting. It's beautiful to see a strong community born overnight. The discord server is booming with new users and things couldn't be better.
