Each week the Whaleshares Curation Show includes one guest host who joins the team of permanent curators: @kubbyelizabeth @kotturinn @lindahas and @nikflossus. This weeks guest curator is @patricklancaster - a journalist working in Donabass covering the civil war in Ukraine. Shunned by the MSM and cut off from his Patreon funding he continues to strive to tell the world about what is taking place there.
I'm also currently looking for people who would like to take part in future shows.
Ideal applicants will have a large Steemit following and an interesting posting history, though new Steemians will be considered if they've achieved exceptional things outside Steemit. You should also be able to communicate well in spoken English and have something interesting to say. You'd be required to choose two posts from our post promotion channel for rewards and talk about them, whilst also commenting on other posts and joining in with the general chat. Hosts tend to gain a lot of new followers from taking part and you'd also be paid 150 Whaleshares.

Simply go to the Whaleshares discord server. Here is an invite:https://discord.gg/ar8UbTf Drop your post into the #postpromotion channel. Then get ready to come and listen to our Curation Discussion.
If your post is selected you will be awarded Whaleshares, equivalent to upvotes from a Steemit whale. If it isn't selected you still get something as Whaleshares will be given to all attendees.
Remember the discussion begins at 23:59(London Time) or 6.59EST on Monday night in the Whaleshares discord channel. Go to #thecurationlounge and listen in. Afterwards you'll be able to ask questions and get feedback.

I'm interested in anyone who can add some value to Steemit and in particular Whaleshares. Feel free to come along to our discord server and we can talk more.
During my time at Steemit I have learned a lot and this has changed the way I see things, everything comes at the time no matter the time or the place everything depends on the opportunities that may arise and the ability we have to take advantage of them 100% .
We can build a tower of ideas and turn them into reality, if we focus on what we want it sounds like something that only happens in movies but the truth is that in Steemit dreams can come true, with motivation and vision to the future to achieve what we want.
Within Steemit there are endless projects that have great ideas, others that are in full growth as well as some projects with more humanitarian purposes that really leave the name of steemit at the top of the world filling the entire community with pride . These projects generate enough energy in this platform to continue working on innovative projects. This brings a great responsibility, since our most loyal followers are waiting for good content and ideas that can help us grow as a group and we can share this knowledge with the other users that make up the Steemit family... @nikflossus

I don't do discord because due to my work as a privacy advocate I encountered too many LEO on there.
I am doing important work on the blockchain, further study of my recent postings, especially privacy workshop and my investigation into potential propaganda/police accounts on steemit itself, will be rewarded with knowledge. At the moment, these accounts that appear to me to be fake, give each other so many upvotes, it is a danger to the entire ecosystem of steemit.
Take a look for yourself, tell me if I'm wrong.
Unfortunately the show is on discord so it's a necessary part of what we do. And yes I agree that there are propaganda and disinformation accounts on Steemit.
I've just joined Waleshares (I think) and promoted two posts (I think). Hopefully it will work out!
