A rough calculation shows that with the same distribution of the pool the @smartsteems vote was worth around $66.00 USD at the time of your image. Since the voting pool has changed since then it is likely the vote was worth more or less at that moment.
Currently the comments you are spreading contain misinformation and are spam and if they do not stop they will be flagged as such.
