OBSERVATION PER COMMUNITIES
Greetings fellow steemians, it is with great pleasure and honor that I express my gratitude to the administrators of this wonderful community @ACCOUNTBOOSTER , i as a new member can say for the past days i got to know the community, i can testify of it greatness nevertheless, i would like to pin point out some issues and hope we can resolve them as such making the community a better one..
Below i would love to list out some of the things i observed in the community and hope you can relate perfectly to them as such help to increase the growth of the community
ABSCENCE OF CONTEST / CHALLENGES

For the time being here i have noticed that neither CONTESTS nor CHALLENGES have been organized in the community, i think these are most of the things which actually help a community boost up with growth and also help increase content in it.
What are some of the benefits of organizing contests?

-Organizing contest helps new and existing users get more established in the community and also could help increase STEEMPOWER from upvotes..
-Helps users with what to post and also increases creativity
LACK OF SENSITISATION OF NEW USERS
With my time here i also noticed that new users have almost no idea on what to post in the community nor what type of posts to receive from the community, i guess due to its NAME [ACCOUNT BOOSTER] it is actually meant to boost up creators, but making an introductory or Welcoming post about the community will also help, i noticed there is already a pined introductory post but i think making another one with clear descriptions of the community and its purpose will serve better
Also, i noticed new users get confused with their content and tis results in almost no upvotes and hence they get discouraged..
ABSCENCE OF CURATORS NOR BOOMING
There is a lack in steemcurators and booming upvotes in the community, we all know the steemcurators give good upvotes to good content but i noticed in the community, they have never come through any of the post i dont know why or understand the reason but i think they have not seen the intentions of the community or its activities so maybe they are dormant to the community , most upvotes usually come from @tipu or @boomerang bots and most users might not really know how to use them and this still bounces back at them receiving little or no votes and this would discourage themm..
Like i said earlier i think writing a clear welcome post about the activities of the community will help get to the curators (@steemcurator01 @steemcuraot02) hence maybe they can assist in the community...
This is a very great community but i think with this little issues resolved, it could be a better community..
