CoTrader – A Transparent Investment Marketplace
Overview:
CoTrader is a decentralized platform which is giving a solution to investors who are not able to decide or evaluate which ICO to invest in to gain profits. As many investors do not have time to research on various ICOs and finally decide which ICO or project will be beneficial, CoTrader has now become the saviour for such investors. This platform will provide fund managers to the investors who will trade their funds or assets on decentralized exchanges. On gaining profits from this trading the fund managers will receive an incentive from the profits earned. The investor will be the only one who will have the authority to remove his funds from the platform whenever he wishes to.
Smart Funds:
The Ethereum smart contract in this platform is called smart fund. This smart fund will consist of fund manager, investors, and shares. The investor who will invest here in the funds will be allocated a specific number of shares. Then the fund manager will trade the assets of the investor to gain profits and which in – return can gain the fund manager an incentive fee. The investors should deposit the COT tokens to invest in smart funds.
CoTrader SuperDEX Infrastructure
Funds will be traded here on decentralized exchanges (DEX). This platform consists of SuperDEX Infrastructure which will integrate many DEXs to provide the liquidity to the investors. Currently the platform is planning to integrate Bancor, Kyber and 0x exchanges.
CoTrader Master Account:
The investors can also trade non-crypto assets by using CoTrader master account. The funds should be deposited in the smart contract by the investor. These funds will be held in smart-escrow. Traders will be able to make trades which will enable to carry out transactions in any currency.
Cryptographic Trader Privacy:
This feature will enable the fund managers to hide their trading strategies so that they can earn more incentives for themselves as compared to other fund managers. If privacy is not provided for their strategies, then it can be used by other fund managers thus reducing the incentive fee.

Cons:
• The whitepaper of this project is not properly structured which makes it difficult to understand the concept behind the project.
• The road map of this project does not contain detailed information.
• The MVP is currently showing errors while processing.
• The partnerships of this project are not yet announced.
