WOW Steemit rly ?

Wow this is a new low here . So i login to steemit just now wanted to see whats new, read few posts and what to i see when i press trending . NSFW one after another i didnt really give it much thought since i didnt encounter this kinds of posts yet it had a button on it saying reveal content. I am curious by nature and i want to know how things work so i wanted to see what happens when i click on it and what it does. So suddenly it turns out to be a post with porn pictures and also in the tag section i see its tagged as #erotic. So im thinking ok this has gone too far do they even know what they are doing on this platform. So i start browsing inside tags drop box trying to find tag named erotic to see if they put it there or its some sort of mistake. And it appears it was or is since that tag isnt listed in tags menu. I didnt really feel like getting into porn atm wanted to continue doing what i came here to do and have some fun, but wait there is more! So i click on trending and in tags menu AllTags was selected and guess what happens. I get all trending articles but with a tag erotic. At that moment i was like lol, wtf? than i press NEW and HOT and same thing happens. I did eventually got rid of the erotic tag by switching to some random tag and then returned to AllTags and erotic posts were gone business as usual.

But seriously people you have no measures in place for this kind of thing. You do understand children will end up here eventually or some users already are kids. So all they need to do is just press reveal content button and they are set. So whats next you gonna upload porn videos on DTube as well. Get serious, people dont need this kind of shit here.

Not even sure how to tag this piece of garbage article, or why i wrote it in a first place since some kid might read it and get some ideas of what they can do. Seriously ...
