I'd love to know the answer too and don't feel confident enough to respond. I think even if you vote and it's not much (or virtually nothing) it's still encouraging to get an upvote, don't you think? But then, if it's less than .03 it's not worth anything and you're right about that being unfair. There are a lot of flaws to this system and it will be interesting to know what this 'hard fork' will bring, whatever the hell that is lol.
Yeah, this is the struggle - it's so nice a feeling to upvote but it's not so nice to think it means nothing really except encouragement.
I'm probably overthinking it though. In the end, the encouragement is worth more for newbies than a few cents.
Yeah love all that new terminology to learn - hard forks :) Looking forward to see what the changes bring too ... just when I'm starting to sort everything out, hehe
