You try making a lot of generalized statements about such activity, however fail to acknowledge that sometimes there is valid reason for downvoting - i.e. plagerised content or spam, just as you’ve done plastering duplicate comments all over other people’s posts inappropriately.
In such cases, there is a very important distinction to be acknowledged between “cyber-bullying” and utilizing one’s voting power in accordance with the community conduct codes.
Any way you may try to rationalize it, spamming DOZENS of posts with your completely irrelevant opinions is NOT the way to conduct yourself here.
And anyone who’d choose to use their voting power to downvote such abuse of this platform has every right to do so.
