How to use Steemit!?

Yall i really need to know how to use steemit. I really thought i was gonna post a blog and get money 😂😂😂😂 funny enough it didnt go as planned. It wasnt as easy as told. I checked few videos on Youtube but they just show a lot of money instead of how they made. Please direct me to any link that can help. THANK YOU 🙏
