Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 21/3/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all.

March 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" on March 11th, it's of course fallen again which was very much expected but the big question is now is it over? And will it start falling back to bottom? Most experts believe it will recover giving us more time to enjoy the high season. I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on which direction Steem will follow, strangely however not much movement from our own token as taken place compared to previous years. We may have to be more patient and some would argue that it almost doubled since it's bottom and so we are effectively in a "alt season" but I do think Steem should still be doing a little better. And so I wonder if Steem will have a proper alt season at all this year? Last night I went to sleep just under the usual late hour, when I initially went to sleep I was surprised it wasn't as usually cold, I got better prepared for it anyway by putting on a blanket over the sheets. Surprisingly while this helped it wasn't by much as it still turned very cold later argh! When I did fall asleep it was until my alarm this morning, I rested past it for a bit longer. I believe it was a good amount of sleep, also I think that generally the drop in temperature recently makes it more difficult to begin the day. As for the weather this morning it was bright sun shine but with mostly a cloudy sky coming in, however there was no doubt it unfortunately remained cold. I didn't have work for the early morning but had little time to get things done before having to get ready, these middle of the day shifts are rather annoying but tonight will be a late one so I can't complain. I done what I could chore wise but there are a few things I need to update for my friends which I have not got round to doing and feeling doubtful it will happen today. On the way to work it seems the sun had gone and it turned cloudy but at least it didn't feel cold, similar to yesterday. When I got to work my superior looked at me very confused, he was looking over the schedule and all the confusion made me nearly think I screwed-up and came to work at the wrong time. But it turns out he was just confusing himself thankfully. The new superior was in today which is more like what I would of expected but she was not there for long after me. I was actually looking forward to the long shift today only because I knew there wasn't any of the extra work to get done and I already had a goal in mind to complete my tasks on the weekly sheet. While I did do some extra work it probably wouldn't be considered enough but let's see if anybody complains. Speaking of complaining it reminds me of someone, for whatever weird reason yesterday we had a visit from the superior who just left. But what was even more strange was how one of our colleagues ran up to her and gave her a hug screaming about how he missed her. It's obviously a fake move as everybody knows this particular ex superior stabs everybody in the back with her talk and is a heavy complainer about just about everything. I wanted no part of the nonsense and so got on with my work, but as for leaving today one of my colleagues wanted to borrow me for something before I was aloud to leave. This had me worried but in the end it was to write a goodbye card to a colleague who had been there for many years. She was telling me to write a heart-felt-message but there was 2 problems with this request. The first being there was very limited space on the card which she mentioned herself as it being a problem and 2 for me it's difficult to write a heart-felt-message to one of the most devious people I know. After the message I was finally aloud to get out of work, it was very dark by the time I left but at least not cold which is good because I had to go buy a new toaster as our one packed up. With a new toaster in hand I left and made my way home for the day. On Steemit.com thankfully fixes have been made to both the "Replies Page" and the problems with votes not registering on site. But just a reminder that most of the time they do still register on the database meaning it's counted even if you can't see them. There is talk about updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern", I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. What I would like to see is just easier excess to all parts of the website. Yes I feel sometimes I have to be too much on the right page to get to where I want to go if that makes sense. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
