Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 9/3/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all.

March 2024 Bitcoin reached over "60.000" on Feb 28th, think it will still reach 70k? It was said 60k was only going to happen next year but with how the market had been acting I had little doubt it would hit 60k early this year. Still that doesn't mean I was ready for it argh! Strangely not much movement from our own token, I guess some would argue that it's almost doubled and so we are in alt season but Steem should still be doing better. And so I wonder if Steem will have a proper alt season this year? Last night I went to sleep past the usual late hour but it's still a better time compared to yesterday's late one, this was still mostly because of distractions in the market. It wasn't just the markets I met with friends online and we did go way over our usual time which I will definitely take the blame for that. It got very cold again last night but not enough to cause me trouble falling asleep which thankfully happened quickly. Still I will continue pushing for earlier sleeping times because for most of the previous weeks I had very early shifts and so trying to break the very late night cycles somewhat as I don't want it to effect me too harshly in the mornings. Most of these recent late nights is because of so much going on in the market lately, but I think now being mostly out of the game I will hopefully be able to return to my improved sleeping time. Still in general even with going to sleep earlier it's not exactly been enough, but it's a improvement from what it was nearly a month ago and that's all I wanted. This morning it was to no surprise I struggled to get out of bed, but honestly I didn't think it would of been this bad. And so I went way past my scheduled alarm, lucky for me there was no work to get in for this morning. Unlike yesterday the weather at least looked decent, being mostly sunny and like most days now it did warm up a bit in the afternoon but of course it remains very cold, it was especially cold this late evening. Since I didn't have work today I managed to get a lot of things done, one of them was I wanted to get more Steem. It's very hard to find any good deals now with the price of Steem going up but at least I managed to get some. I'm hoping to get a earlier night and a better morning at work compared to yesterday as my boss spent a lot of time doing he's own work and didn't bother coming out to help much. When he did it wasn't for all that long until he started claiming he had to take a break and so again I was left with running around. I don't usually mind but he was abusing this too much, it's at times like that it makes me wonder how they expect those like me to even get much done from our weekly tasks. I did actually bother to get them done but did wonder why go through the stress when they just make it so difficult. I also spent some time covering myself from a task they set for me as I'm not impressed as it requires that I move things into a different part of the building. But it's only in the wrong place because another colleague refused to put it in the right place, and he knew this and so I feel I should be rightly annoyed that I have to keep moving things placed wrong by another person who knows better. And so I'm kind of refusing to do it, hopefully the other guy will sort out he's own mess. Also we had some more workmen arrive they were here to place new lockers, yes I said to "place" new lockers not "fit in" or "install" but just place lockers. This really made me think why on earth are we paying these men to literally come in and place new lockers that are already "in our building"!? One of us could of been assigned such a task saving the company a ton of money, it's honestly so ridiculous how much money this company as been throwing away recently. They did later give me the task of opening the back gates to the place for these guys and they took their time with the task which didn't bother me as it was time away from work. But I just still can't believe people get paid for this and such a job event exists. I had seen the lockers a few days prior to being placed and didn't like the look of them only because they are definitely slightly smaller than the ones we had, and so again this was pointless and a waste of company money! On Steemit.com thankfully some days ago the team fixed the "Replies" page issue, but while that continues working well there are of course still other problems. Mostly with votes not registering on site, they do however most of the time register still on the database meaning it's counted. The most annoying thing that can happen are the ones where voting power could be depleted twice on the same vote. Yes you can be depleted twice if not careful, this is done if you vote with a different percentage from your previous upvote. Sometimes it will show the correct figures after the 7 day period is over, but this seems to not always be the case on other days. There is talk about updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern", I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. What I would like to see is just easier excess to all parts of the website. Yes I feel sometimes I have to be too much on the right page to get to where I want to go if that makes sense. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war, it's sick how many people are actually excited for this and comply. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us.
