It could of been just a lazy guy but I also feel many time's the company that employs often push their staff too much and so some look for shortcuts.

Think I understand what you mean as I can relate to that from my own job my supervisors like putting me under pressure they are assholes.
Yeah my boss from hell likes doing the same thing, he as been away for a few days and I have had some of my most enjoyable work days without him present.
He sounds like an asshole enjoy those free days Simon.
Haha I will, had another good easy day yesterday due to him not being there.
