Excited about Steemit, but wont clickfarms be a huge problem?

I think the basic idea is great. But I just wonder if there wont be a huge problem with click-farms.
Imagine someone in India who gets all his friends together. They register accounts and then upvote each others posts all day. This kind of vote ring, how to prevent it?

Is there something I missed here?
