problems with @booster
After having had some good experience with the @booster voting bot I got finally burned by him when he went offline.
Not aware that he was offline for good I sent 10 steem and never got them back.
This happend several weeks ago and I tried to comment on his massages and spam-mailed him with SBD transactions.. no reaction so far.
As I conduct an experiment about the economics of payed votes I rally want to know if this is intentional or just a major case of gross negligence and chaos... instead of just writing off the 10 steem..
( I still hope this was non intentional as I can not imagine someone organizing festivals ( @fyrstikken ) and campaigning to become a witness ( @fyrst-wittness ) ripping off people in the very same eco system he wants to help to develop! But
anyways ... if you offer such payed services I am 100% convinced you have to take care of such things)
So what might be the best way to get his attention to sort out this trouble and to know about his intentions?

using the very same upvote bot and betting on him actually reading what he is upvoting.. and if you do so @booster.. thank you for sending me my 10 steem back but please also look at your account as there are many other users with exactly the same problem.

as @fyrstikken felt insulted by my headline: Screwed by booster ??? and as I do not want to insult anybody, also being sure I chose my words in a not insulting way... I amended the headline...
Team @Booster is always ready to help, and just to repeat a known fact; we were extremely clear to everyone that booster was taking a break to upgrade (booster is open again now) and during that week or two people were told to not send any funds to booster because it will not refund during that time even though we DID in fact refund for a few days despite our information given. This was expressively stated in a Booster Post which I expect people to read, and also on boosters front page in the header, check steemd.com for the custom JSON changes of the time.
So from what I read is that you did not bother to read and therefore you made a mistake and now you have to write about the mistake that YOU made, but indirectly you are blaming booster for your loss of how much money? $3 or something $10 maybe?
It is my goal to have 100% satisfied customers, and some will say we walk the extra few miles with our users, delegators, customers by having 24/7 support at http://steemspeak.com discord. You could have come in there and talked to us at least, but nope - have not seen you, have not heard you.
Rewards on this post will be negated since you by your own words has put yourself in the amateur category and admitted to all the mistakes you did despise our well-meaning information and the fact that we allowed bouncer to work longer than promised.
Booster is almost 1,5 years old, we would not be in business if booster scammed people, for sure. So please weigh your words carefully and get in touch with us on our @SteemSpeak discord.
