When Will Be Justice ?

There are three types of courts in India, yet the justice is not getting even if the people are screaming for justice, because Indian situation is very bad so that attacks, rapes and murder accidents are happening everywhere. For instance eight- year- old girl was violated at the beginning of the Year 2018. According to the knowledge, that the child was lost on 10 January and after five days the dead body was found. Then the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir ordered the Crime Branch to investigate of rape. After the investigation, it was found that it was kept near a local Temple for few days and was given unconscious medicines, and it was being blamed then she was killed by stone. Even then Criminals were not punished by the government. The people demanded justice but did not get justice. Same as a 17 year- old- girl Sanskriti Rai student of apolytecnic was murdered after being kidnapped from Ghazipur area on Thursday 21 June. And on Tuesday 26 June an eight-year-old- girl was raped by three men. So for both girls the public demanded justice and punishment of Violators, but the government did not take the matters seriously and did not take action. Not only this, social activitiy Swami Agnivesh was beaten on Tuesday 17 July by the activities of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (B.J.Y.M) in Jharkhand. Why is it so easy that some people surround and kill anyone? Similarly Vikas, Ganesh and Gautam who were killed in Jharkhand in the case of child custody in May 2017, but did not get justice yet. And that near the crowd had killed Naim, Sajju, Siraj and Haleem, and they did not get justice. In June 2018 Sameer Uddin Nasirul and Nasir were killed by a crowd of 15 people in Islampur of West Bengal. As if that the crowd has decided that what is crime and what will be punished. When the personal of Animal Husbandry Department of Tamilnadu were returning after buying 15 cows, then the crowd burnt a fire in his truck. There are so many accidents and murders are happening still, the court is not taking any action nor the government is taking a strong step against these Criminals. It seems that there is no any Court and any rule in India. Because here the innocent are not getting justice.
