How to get Rich ?

How to get rich in the cryptoworld.

Any real, working formula. I have heard alot of stories and that is what brought me here, but after spending around more then 1 year i am still trying to figure out, If that is even possible.

I have spend days and nights and have been working for alot of bounties and airdrops but nothing real substantial has come my way. Alot of airdrops were just scams and those tokens are sitting in my ether wallet without any value. I have actually quit applying for airdrops. And other then that, the bounties haven't paid me much either.

Looking at the effort and time i have put in here, the rewards are not rewarding. So i was actually thinking that "getting rich" in crypto world is even possible ?

Anyone with a good real story of someone getting rich then please share.
