@tipu, could you enlighten me small this. I always try to request for upvote the very moment you become active voting. But i keep getting my tokens back saying sorry you recovering voting power, meanwhile, II see some users who seem to get your upvote all the time. I want to know if you have limited users you give upvotes to or I'm not following some rules that's why.

you're a little late when you start buying upvotes when voting is active....
Try a few minutes before they enable voting to get those upvotes. This stategy worked for me back in may so it might still work and get you a few upvotes @konkaar
