Steemit Gurus Vs Steemit Mentors

in #steemit5 years ago (edited)

It’s never been easier to become “a steemit guru” or “steemit mentor.”
How are you to know not only who’s good but who’s right for you.

Join me on this blog post as I cover how to find and evaluate mentors and gurus!

Steemit Mentor vs Steemit Guru

  1. A Steemit Mentor instructs you, a Steemit Guru** constructs you.
  2. A Steemit Mentor sharpens your mind, a Steemit Guru opens your mind.
  3. A Steemit Mentor answers your question, a Steemit Guru questions your answers.
  4. A Steemit Mentor reaches your mind, a Steemit Guru reaches your spirit.
  5. Steemit Mentors succeed when you no longer need them, “Steemit Gurus” provide just enough value to keep you coming back. They need you constantly seeking the next fix so they can convert you into a recurring revenue of steem stream.
  6. Steemit Mentors help you destroy the cage, “Steemit Gurus” build you a bigger cage.
  7. Steemit Mentors won't make you rich, Steemit Gurus won't make you wise.

You find a Mentor. A Guru accepts you.

back in the day, you would just do your best to learn how to curate content & blog and hope you had a wordpress/youtube mentor

now, there is an entire community of people to talk with and educate each other on #steemit.

why does it seem that most new bloggers STILL lose everything, even with this advantage?

Abundance of "steemit mentors & steemit gurus" and abundance of information can make it harder, not easier, to filter out what's valuable and proven.

It's so easy to just listen to those with the:
most followers,
prettiest charts,
strongest opinions,
join their paid communities and hope for the best.

Say what you will about #Steemit and its communities,
but many of steemians & community views are pure Law of Attraction stuff.

A lot of people love that executive conglomerate.

Many of your beloved steemit gurus & steemit mentors, etc believe the same shit. They just put it in steemit blog so easily.

You build up your habits and daily routine,
you chose your company wisely,
you listen and follow a mentor/ guru
"who make sure that you grow into your most authentic self."

It's good to be a wild flower..
however, it's best to blossom gradually and gracefully 😊

Stay away from all fake gurus..
Your experience will be your mentor .. 🔥😎

One of our deepest desires is to be known.
Some find it in relationship,
through spirituality,
at times more publicly,
And mostly financially.

Stand-up comedians, authors, podcasters, and social media gurus all have found an outlet to not curate but earn through #Steemit

Sort:

One holds a mug in their picture the other holds nothing, which is everything... Only the real deal will tell you, you can’t polish a turd but you can bidbot the shit out of it. That’s a paradox! I was once a steem baba, that’s like the gurus guru, but I gave it all up for sandwich money and instant coffee...

I like your post, it is original and catchy. Fake gurus are all around. A real guru or teacher or mentor will show you the way and then get out of the way. Not in it for name or profit, they will teach by example and give advice freely according to the ability of the listener or reader to digest the info.
