Whales communicate through echolocation. But do they also use Skype?

I was just thinking... do the whales on steemit communicate with each other? There are so few and they are so invested in this community you would think they would right? Do they tell each other what posts to up vote? What to look for? How to move the platform forward? Most people talk about Slack, but it seems like it is out of service for the time being. Does anyone have anyway of communicating with the community, maybe team speak or other means? I was just curious if there was a part of this community I was missing.
