Download and install the Floating Tube application on thePlayStore.
Go to Settings ( Settings ) → Tap Permissions ( Licensing ) → Find and tap the app Floating Tube .
Tap on the Windows pop-up display ( Show pop-up window ) and select Accept or Accept .
If so, open the Floating Tube application . Make sure the button below is ON so that the video can appear.
Search and open the video you want to watch and then press the home button .
You can change the size by pressing in the lower right corner and adjust it as you want.
