How to Change Your Steemit Steem | To your Local Currency | Real Money, Not Virtual

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Many people I've invited to know Steemit are not so convinced, because they do not understand how to move from a Virtual currency to their local currency, and right now I'm going to spend 118 STEEM that are $ 18 to my bank account.

I go through the steps with images:

=> The first thing to do is create an account in Poloniex

=> Transfer STEEM to Poloniex

=>Pass the STEEM to Dolares or in my case to BITCOINs

=> Create an account on localbitcoins

We started with step 1 will not go into much detail since the registration is very simple here the link: (https://poloniex.com/signup)

Now you have to transfer STEEMs to POLONIEX

The first thing to do is go to poloniex (https://poloniex.com/balances)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And use the internal finder and put steem:

After we have it located as in the image we must click on Deposit

We will deploy a memo that we must copy to use it in our wallet steem, In the transfer as in the image, we copy and we go to steem we give to transfer as it leaves in the image, and in the page that is displayed we are going to copy 3 important data:

=> The poloniex user of steemit who is to whom we are transferring STEEM

=> The memo of our poloniex that is where they send the STEEM

=> The amount we are going to send

The image is above.

After giving Submit you will be prompted for the password ....

Now we must go to POLONIEX and verify that we have the transaction to sell STEEM for another currency and I chose BTC

This pending execution is not available, here we can see other transfers I have taken: D, Once we have the STEEM in Poloniex available.

Let's sell them on EXCHANGE:

 https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_steem

As it appears in the image we look for the one that is buying STEEM and pay better it will leave first in the list but we must see that it has enough to buy us and soon we see how much they pay us for the 118 STEEM in Bitcoins that are 0,02BTC approximate, to see image

We return to Balances; (https://poloniex.com/balances)

Now if we have BTC or rather satoshis, we can see the following image in balances, and now we give Withdraw

And we send them to our LocalBitcoins Portfolio to sell them to the highest bidder ... We need an account to create it and enter Wallet: (https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/wallet/)

As shown in the picture my address is 1Ekn5MQ4fFrkvJQJdSWYHw48QR4pUqHvMV

That address changes so they do not confide, they should review it before doing Whitdraw of Poloniex ... We copy it and we go to poloniex:

We must check the MAIL according to the image we approve and ready:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now we have them in LocalBitcoin according to the image and proceed to look for a buyer:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is very safe to sell Bitcoins in LocalBitcoins we should only look for who is paying better, we click on sell and then we tell the customer that we are waiting for the transfer to our bank should be from the same bank, this example is for Venezuela, although we can Sell the Bitcoins to Dollars with payment by paypal. Once we transfer the client we release the Bitcoin we mark it as positive if everything went well and we already have the money in our Local Bank.

For the next I will do it with Paypal, Regards

God bless them a bless them :)
