The Class Struggle on Steemit

Although i been on steemit for a very short time, i have also learnt a lot within this period on this great platform. Steemit was created with the philosophy of human society but instead of classifying it into the elite, middle class and the lower class rather on steemit it is regarded as; the whales, the dolphins and the minnows. The class on steemit depends on your level of involvement and the impact you have on the platform.

THE MINNOWS: minnows are small freshwater fish on steemit minnows are new steemit users who came on the platform because of how easy they heard the can make money, with no knowledge what so ever how it works. For minnows steemit having a vote is so hard because of the audience they posses. Even with a long hours studies you still have a very low earnings, which is frustrating and the annoying part is that the minnows voting power does not even worth a cent. The highest voting power a minnow posses is 0.02 or 0.04 which is so upsetting compare to the time the invest in writing and editing each content.

THE DOLPHINS: the dolphins are often regarded as one of earth’s most intelligent aquatic animals. Though it hard to say how intelligent they are. The dolphins on steemit are the one that invest a decent amount into steemit platform, which gives dolphins advantage over minnows. The get slowly powerful and get to join the rank of whales in no time.

THE WHALES: whales are the largest fish on earth and its respected and fears by the smaller fishes in the water. On steemit whales posses a lot of influence over minnows and dolphins. And the worth enormous amount of steem power and their voting power can make a minnow smile a whole day. They are also seen as demi-god on steemit. They have the ability to shake the market.

However, steemit designed as a social society gives room for class struggle and scramble for survival, which is no different in real life. As a new steemian i was told to post and get paid but THIS #steemit deeper than that. Consistency and patience is the key.
