CAN UNREGULATED SYSTEM REALLY WORK SMOOTHLY?

From small to large, we have been regulated by a bunch of rules around us. Nothing can be done, what should be done, and thanks to this gift, society can behave in an orderly manner, and it is less common to have something deviant.

In my years of social studies, I also clearly understood supervision, rules, etc., which were necessary at the social level, such as being free to let people feel free. The simplest imaginable situation is that people are robbed everywhere and society cannot maintain its functions. Eventually, modern society cannot advance with civilization.
Even some government departments have different monitoring systems behind them. They're monitoring units like NAFDAC, EFCC , etc, in Nigeria supervise different government departments to see if they have done anything unreasonable.
Civilization, as in the government itself, also requires supervision to operate.
Therefore, in a civilized community, rules and regulations are needed, especially where there is a relationship between interest income and people. If people do not have rules, only by conscience, it is actually limited. Therefore, steemit can smoothly operate to this day, and it really depends on a group of foreigners sacrificed their own interests and power to flag people who have come to chaos for monitoring purposes, so that the healthy development of society.
In the past, the foreigner’s flag had a strong regulatory role. But now steemit has appeared in a group of people using other means to rush gold, as mentioned before, each time using more than 100 SBD to put their posts on the top of the international popular long-term, in order to defraud a lot of authors who like to make money.
Strong results I have shown in previous posts. Under a large amount of profits, the foreign power of the flag is relatively insufficient to effectively attack these authors.

Why do I say this? In the past few weeks ago, many foreigners had already formulated countermeasures to deal with these authors who were aiming for gold. They designed a web page to automatically find out these posts, and let everyone press a key off these messages. In addition, many foreigners also participated in the operation.
But the results, as everybody sees, are useless.
Basically, the flag system has no role in supervising the high-value posts.
These authors can be regarded as entering an uninhabited environment. If there is no new way to govern them in the future, it is believed that steemit will also slowly deteriorate.
