Did you know that watching horrorr movies can burn calories???

Yes, you red it right!

Scientists at the University of Westminster tested ten people as they watched a selection of classic horror films.

They monitored the viewers’ heart rate, oxygen intake and carbon dioxide output to work out how much energy they were using.

They said that the average viewers burned 113 calories when watching 90-minutes of horror movie. The same amount of 30 minutes walk.

So if you are lazy to go for a walk and wanted to burn some calories, this alternative way might help.

Remember that the scarier movie you watch the more calories you burn!
